I recently watched the comedy central roast of Rob Lowe. It was a great laugh. What can I say?
Ann Choking?
They really should have called it the roast of Ann Coulter. The jokes about her were unusually insulting and mostly just name calling, with hardly any comedic delivery at all. Such as
you’re a cunt.
Jimmy Carr had great jokes about her and delivered well. Even went with something like
not to late to change, you can always kill yourself
Ann was the centre of attention and everyone knew it. She is used to being the most hated woman in the room, at least visibly. People love to hate her message, and her opinion. Name calling is a regular thing done to her and she takes it well. The fact that she is a vocal Trump supporter in the media does not help her cause, it hurts it greatly.
Now take yourself back in time, to when you were young. A time when you knew you were right, and everyone thought your were wrong, and your opinion was retarded. When the whole class made fun of you. All of your peers, even teachers might have been in on it. You know the time when you had to put up with being the outsider or just shutting up.
That is Ann every day. In the public eye she is always being ridculed, T.V. hosts are being brought down to outright name calling, when she suggests deporting ILLEGAL aliens. Its wrong because feelz.
The problem with North America now and it will be our downfall, is that we care more about the persons feeling. We paint a picture where in it everyone is capable of doing everything. We can all win at everything always. Crossfit, everyones is an athlete.
Affirmative action has been put in place to prevent companies from hiring the most qualified people for the job, to making them hire the most not white male. Police forces are changing rules to their uniforms, to their traditions, to accommodate the slightest minority. Being a “visible minority” is being desirable to be hired. As it gets the government off your back. An speaking out against these things makes you a NAZI!. Literally HITLER! Those words are losing meaning. The argument that people of majority skin colour need to help the people of minority skin colour is ridiculous.
My take on what affirmative action is.
I will take you back to when you were young. Maybe, you thought you were so fast. Remember when you used to run with knife hands to cut through the air. And you asked your dad to race. You were running and laughing and somehow you could beat him. You beat him to the finish line. A little fucking kid. Now that you are grown up you realize that he was not running that fast at all.
He literally let you win!
That is affirmative action The government is making regulations to let minorities win. Because there is no way that child would have beat dad in a race buy them self. These regulations are a general insult to minorities.
The underlying message is, you cannot make it by yourself(insert visible minority here) because you are too slow on your own. So, we, the white man have decided to give you a head start and to run a lot slower for you. Then maybe we will let you win for a while. Then as a culture you can grow up and become an adult. Then, and only then, will we actually play fair with you.
Affirmative action, hiring quotas, all of those things are insulting to the group that they are trying to help. It is saying no don’t become better, we will make you some special rules. Because we know ours ,are , ummm, like, too hard for you?! And doing hard things sucks.
