Ten things to make your life better. And those around you as well.

I like to get right into things sometimes without an introduction at all. However me explaining this is an intro in itself.

Be Full of Thankfulness

Be thankful daily for things you have . And for the things that you don’t have. Like cancer, terminal disease, bad life generally. Not being in a life or religion that does not allow freedom.

Be happy for your family and your health if you have it. If not you can go out and get it. Trust me it is possible.

Exercise

Make sure you do this daily. The human body was made to move. Run jump play. Race to the corner. Remember the days as a child when everything was a contest. Fastest eater, biggest pile of sand. Shit like this is fun. Just try to remember to do it daily.

Or it can be the traditional go to the gym, hit the treadmill if you like. make it a meditative experience.

Be yourself

Purposefully be yourself, do not be like everyone else. On purpose. Remember your life will become like theirs if you act like them. Trust me on this. The instructions for life are already printed. If you want to be rich, follow a rich guy around for a year and write everything down. Do what he does, you to will become rich. Want to be fit. Do what fit people do. Eat what they eat.

So b yourself, by being like others.but differentiate yourself. In your own way follow the instructions and build one them.

Help someone else

They need it. They really do. If you can see that they need the help and you can do it. It will build your life up in ways you cannot imagine. Something nice you do today for free, out of the goodness of your heart. May pay you back tenfold. IT may not as well. But its OK if it doesn’t you made the world a little better place that day.

Be honest with yourself

Be honest. Tell the truth about what you can and cannot do. Accomplish what you can with what you have. If you need more, get it. Ask the people around you to be with you in your journey. But be honest with them to about what you can and what you want to do.


Correct your posture

Its bad. Most definitely it is. Do you look at your cell phone a lot, work at a desk, lift heavy things daily. On your feet working you ass off all day. It is bad. Correct it. You will have health benefits, like more testosterone, happier mindset, and you will be more confident. It goes like this. If you walk and talk like a confident person, you will be more confident.

Breathe

Sometimes you must just stop and breathe. ten long big breathes when you are feeling stressed. It can relieve a lot of itself this way. Try it now.

Remember childhood

Remember being young. Farting ketchup bottles, snowball fights for no reason, drawing crap artwork and showing it off as though it is the best thing ever. And it was at the time. Making things for your parents to to make them proud. You did when you grew up. Now do it again for yourself.

Show off

Show people what you made, some will like it other will hate it and criticize it very harshly. Its ok. They have nothing better to do. Let them be them and you do you. Show people what you are made of. Make peoples lives better and yours will be better as a result. Remember you are in control of your own destiny. You literally create you own destiny.

You can make you life better whenever you like. There are ay more than ten ways. And I am sure you can come up with a whole lot of them. Be creative and make others smile. It will make you smile too. If not at least you will have fun trying to be happier.
